James Milton HESLAR, 86, a retired farmer, died at 6:30 p.m.  Sunday at his home. He had been in failing health for some time.  He is the last of a family of 10. Born in Missouri on January 4,  1869, he was the son of Osa and Martha Heslar. On April 3, 1894,  he married Annie E. Young. He was a faithful and honest husband  and father to his wife and family and was reared to believe in  the Lord Jesus Christ. He was a member of the Waveland  Presbyterian Church. Survivors include the widow, four daughters,  Mrs. Lena Hazlett; Mrs. Ferris Humphreys, both of Waveland; Mrs.  Ethel Carty of Indianapolis and Mrs. Virginia Angell of LaPorte;  7 grandchildren and 8 greats. Preceding their father in death are  one son, Oscar Everett Heslar and one daughter, Mollie Irene  Heslar.
